Kurt is an accountant turned homebuilder, turned accountant again. After building 100 custom homes, He realized that his real value to the construction industry would be to help growing builders build a “tight” set of books. He started with the Big-4 as an auditor, then spent over 20 years working for homebuilders in a variety of capacities, including construction superintendent, purchasing and estimating manager, land development manager, project manager and division president. He specializes in solving bookkeeping, accounting and operational problems for real estate and construction companies.\n\n\n \n
