The focus of both discussions will be their outlook for 2023 and what issues will define the Dallas area’s economy and construction industry in the weeks and months to come. \nThe event kicks off with a builder/developer Panel, moderated by Dallas BA John Porizek with M/I Homes, will also include Adam Lingenfelter (Lingenfelter Custom Homes), Andrew Pieper (Hillwood Communities), Adam Auensen (Tonti Properties) and Frank Murphy (Wynne Jackson). The group will discuss the overall market outlook for single and multifamily builders and developers, the impact of the state legislative session, regulatory challenges, transformer shortages, and more.\nNext, a municipal panel, moderated by Dallas BA Executive Officer Phil Crone, will delve into the priorities for and issues impacting some of the most active cities in the area.
