She also has her PhD in Psychology. Her specialization is in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, which delves in the psychology of behavior, motivation, and change management. Her subspecialty is in Leadership Coaching Psychology.\nShe started Prime Performance Strategies in 2018 to provide learning and development, and coaching services for those who want to reach the next level in their life and/or career.\nDuring her career in this industry, Debora has held positions from On-site Sales Professional, Sales Manager, VP of Sales and Marketing, VP of Operations, President, and even owned her own home building company for 10 years.\nShe also received the honor of being elected the first woman President of the Dallas Home Builders Association and served as their President from 2000 – 2001.\nBefore starting her own business in 2018, Debora was the Director of Training for a $1 Billion plus revenue home building company.\nShe has been a featured speaker NAHB, SEBC, Sunbelt Builder’s Show and many local home builder associations on topics related to management, leadership, sales, and coaching for performance.\nDebora and her husband, Steve, live on their ranch in the Texas hill country with their 4 German Shepherds, Ziggy (9), Tillie (2), Freddie (8 months), Trudie (7 months).\n\n\n
