He is licensed in Florida as a master electrician and in Washington as an electrical administrator. Vince serves on NEC Code Making Panel 17, and is a technical committee member of NFPA 70E Electrical Safety in the Workplace, NFPA 73 Electrical Inspection of Existing Dwellings, NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities, and NFPA 1078 Electrical Inspector Professional Qualifications.\n
