Many of these include coordinating projects with multiple influencers to ultimate success.\nJim has a degree in Mechanical Engineering but has a license to practice in Civil Engineering. This technical background, coupled with his understanding of the Real Estate Development and Financial markets, gives him a perspective unique to the industry. His overall knowledge of the development process, lender and institutional requirements and product deliverables for all project types, both vertical and horizontal, makes him an industry expert in many areas.\nVictor E Salvino IV: \nVictor E Salvino IV, the founder and owner of VictorE Homebuilders, is a Dallas native with over four years of experience building single-family homes. He is currently the sole operator of the company, managing every aspect from lot acquisition, purchasing, selections, building and marketing. VictorE Homebuilders currently focuses on 1+ acre lots and building houses ranging in size from 2,300 to 3,100 square feet, building both build job and spec homes. Prior to starting VictorE Homebuilders, Victor worked as a Construction Manager for a builder in the DFW Metroplex. Prior to that, he worked in the commercial real estate industry for almost a decade where he led a team of transaction managers for a national tenant rep firm.\nAs a family-owned homebuilding company, our mission is to create not just houses, but homes that reflect the unique needs and lifestyles of our clients.
