Prior to becoming a small business advisor in 2007, Rich was an officer in the U.S. Army and held executive positions with both Texas Instruments and Pella Corporation. Rich holds a B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University and an MBA in International Business from the University of Texas at Dallas.
