2026 DBA LEADERS Program

The DBA LEADERS program equips participants with the skills to lead high-performing teams, make informed decisions, and communicate with confidence. It aims to advance industry leaders throughout the DFW metroplex and is designed for all levels. 

Topics include team development, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and inclusive leadership, along with practical tools for problem-solving and decision-making. Participants will also gain spokesperson and public speaking skills, learn effective negotiation strategies, and explore motivation and change management techniques. The program emphasizes work-life balance, resilience, and personal renewal—ensuring leaders are prepared to inspire, adapt, and succeed in dynamic environments.

Participants will attend eight monthly sessions focusing on cultivating leadership traits and applying this knowledge to daily business operations. Sessions are held at the Dallas BA office and run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with lunch provided.

The DBA LEADERS program is facilitated by Tim Lansford of Luxury Homes of Texas. Lansford is a veteran homebuilder, remodeler, and real estate broker with 25+ years in the industry. He has over three decades of applied leadership experience spanning multiple industries and speaks at residential construction industry events, including The International Builders’ Show®.
