About Jessica: With more than 20 years at Hotchkiss Insurance, Jessica specializes in developing niche programs, managing association partnerships, and leading marketing initiatives. She plays a central role in shaping growth strategy and strengthening client relationships across industries. Active in industry boards and committees, Jessica is recognized for her strategic mindset and passion for building meaningful partnerships.

About Ross: Ross brings over two decades of experience in the construction industry and serves clients across sectors, including adventure parks, real estate, manufacturing, energy, and franchises. He leads Hotchkiss Helps, the firm’s charitable arm, and serves on multiple boards, including the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation and the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association. A Texas A&M graduate, Ross holds CIC and CRM designations along with licenses in property, casualty, life, and health.
