Instructor:
Fernando Pagés Ruiz is a seasoned presenter with decades of experience. He is a Texas resident, a homebuilder, designer, ICC certified building inspector, and author of three architectural books, including Architectural Design for Traditional Neighborhoods.
For well over ten years, Pagés has presented for VSI at conferences ranging from the International Builders Show to the Congress for the New Urbanism and always received exceptionally positive reviews. He currently conducts CEU webinars monthly for both AIA and ICC.
