Instructors: Donny Mack, Beaver Builders & Craig Brooks, Burgess Inspection Group

Class Overview:

We will be walking a members project to identify and discuss commonly overlooked installations and techniques with a third-party inspector and the builder. Topics to be covered include foundations, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, framing, roofing and fireplaces. Donny Mack of Beaver Builders will discuss managing subcontractors, common scheduling delays and solutions along with overall project management.
