Ted Wilson (30+ years experience) began his career with Vantage Companies. During the 1980’s, he developed apartments as well as a residential golf course community with the Parkford Companies. Since 1992, Ted has consulted in the new home industry, performing analyses on hundreds of new home communities. He founded Residential Strategies Inc. in 1997.
